Using this site
You are welcome to browse this site and to contact us through it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, break into it, scrape it at volume, or use it to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
Quote requests
Submitting the form starts a conversation — it is not a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. Any figure we discuss before scoping the work is an estimate, not a fixed price. Please give us accurate contact details, or we cannot reply.
Our work and our content
The design, copy, code and imagery on this site belong to 2AM Studio unless stated otherwise. Product screens shown in our demonstrations are recreations built for illustration, using fictional names and figures. Please do not copy or reuse our material without asking first.
Client projects
Scope, timelines, payment terms and ownership of delivered work are set out in the proposal and agreement for each project. Those documents take precedence over anything on this page.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or never go offline, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to 2AM Studio. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
