Who we are
2AM Studio is a digital agency building websites, web applications, digital menu systems and restaurant point-of-sale software. You can reach us at 2amstudio.contact@gmail.com for any question about this policy or about your data.
What we collect
Two things, and only two. First, anything you type into our quote form — your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your company, budget and the description of your project. Second, anonymous analytics about which pages are visited, and only if you accept them.
Why we collect it
Form details are used for one purpose: to reply to you and prepare a quote. Analytics tell us which pages people actually find useful so we can improve them. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you accept analytics, we use Vercel Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Your choice is stored locally in your own browser. Decline, and no analytics are loaded at all.
Who else sees your data
Quote requests are delivered by Resend, our email provider, and land in our own inbox. The site is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with anyone, for any reason.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our inbox for as long as we may need them for the enquiry and our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, promptly.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email 2amstudio.contact@gmail.com and we will respond. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be made obvious rather than slipped in quietly.
